Maybe if you are part of a minority or are a disabled child of some sort and there is some kind of goverment or state funding you can exploit.

Are you suggesting that my drawing resembles the work of a disabled child/miscellaneous darky/poofter?!?
'Cause if it does I am totally going to assume the name of Little Tommy No-Legs/Halle Berry/Alan Jones and then bang down the door of the Australia Council demanding cash prizes and a free wheelchair. You have totally solved my career/cash woes>awesome!
